there is an awesome video of this, but apparently Apple is a dick and requires me to buy (for £20!) Quicktime 'Pro', because apparently, my 'intermediate' Quicktime 7 isn't quite ready for the big leagues of uploading and editing. Sometimes Apple, you reeeeally test me. Thin ice.
